The following is a list of recipes I have researched and perfected, to my own preferences, in some cases over a many months. I am particularly proud of these recipes all of which maintain their Korean characteristics.
Cabbage Kimchi (Sun-hee version) with fusion tips for those making kimchi in the UK.
Cabbage (or whatever) and Bean Paste Soup – a Korean soup without kimchi or any form of chilli!
Pork Kimchi Jjim – healthy, wholesome and adaptable.
Shepherd’s Purse Kimchi Jjigae (stew) – transformed by a weed
Makgeolli – rice wine – pure Korea.
